World asked to declare India terrorist state

Muzaffarabad: Senior Minister of AJK Sahibzada Muhammad Ishaq Zaffar has strongly condemned the crossing of LoC by the Indian army and its attack on civilian population in Janrote village of Kotli and termed it height of terrorism. ''If India is not stopped from its aggressive and terrorist acts, it will harm the peace and tranquillity of the area,'' he said while talking to newsmen here on Friday. He demanded of the international community to declare India a terrorist country for its terrorist approach. He said the Indian army is facing acute frustration as a result of indigenous freedom struggle of the Kashmiris and wants to keep the AJK people away from the struggle. He said the world must use its influence to stop India from terrorism and massacre of Kashmiris. He said India has broken all records of terrorism and barbarity. ''By crossing the Line of Control and killing innocent people, it has proved that it wants to wage a full-fledged war in the area,'' Ishaq Zaffar added. He asked the AJK people to get ready to fight against the cross-LoC terrorism of India and give a befitting reply to Indian terrorism. He said for the past 10 years India has imposed an undeclared war against the people of AJK. Meanwhile, people from all shades of opinion in the AJK have strongly condemned the Indian attack on Janrote village and called upon the world community to take notice of the terrorism of India. Rallies and protest demonstrations were organised all over AJK to protest against the Indian barbarism. In Muzaffarabad rallies were organised from all mosques after Friday congregations, which marched through the streets, chanting slogans against India. The Indian troops by crossing the LoC in Janrote village in Kotli district have killed 14 innocent civilians, including men, women and children. According to a report, there was a religious gathering in the village and a large number of people had gathered when Indian troops fired indiscriminately on Thursday night and under its cover crossed the Line of Control and indulged in the terrorist act.
