Islamabad: Pakistan-based militant group Al-Badar Mujahideen on Wednesday attacked General Pervez Musharraf for making an "ambiguous" statement that some of the outfits were misappropriating funds collected for the welfare of Kashmir refugees. Refuting the allegations, Al-Badar chief Bakht Zameen said that he was shocked to read Gen Musharraf's statement that "funds raised for Kashmiris were being misappropriated by very people who collected it". "Gen Musharraf should expose the people and the organisations who swallowed the money," he said. He also denied Gen Musharraf's charge the jehadi groups were behind sectarian violence in Pakistan.
