3 Pak soldiers killed along LoC

SRINAGAR: At least three Pakistani soldiers were killed in the retaliatory fire by the Indian troops along the line of control (LoC) in Uri sector of north Kashmir, defence sources said on Saturday.Pakistani troops fired on forward Indian positions using heavy calibre small arms in Haji Peer area of Uri sector in Baramulla district on Friday afternoon, forcing the Indian troops to retaliate, they said.Meanwhile, Indian troops observed movement of six Pakistani soldiers towards a forward post along the LoC in Khawaja Bandi and Mottiwali areas and in the exchange of fire three of them were feared killed, the sources added.They said the firing from both sides have stopped and there was no fresh report of shelling in any sector.
