Troops retaliate Pak shelling in Nowshera sector

Jammu: Army today gave an effective reply to Pakistan troops’ shelling in Nowshera sector for last three days blasting three bunkers of the enemy and inflicting some casualties. Official reports here said the Indian side was forced to retaliate after three days of intermittent mortar shelling and firing by the Pakistan army in Kalsian, Janghar and Bhawani areas of Nowshera sector. Pakistan side was reported to have suffered extensive damage in Indian retaliation, the reports said. They said atleast three bunkers of Pakistan army were blasted in the shelling. The enemy troops also suffered four to six casualties including some fatal injuries. However, exact details of the losses across the border couldn’t be ascertained. Indian retaliation last about one hour in the afternoon.
