ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Thursday deplored the irresponsible statement of the Indian External Affairs Ministry Spokesman, accusing Pakistan of involvement in the senseless killing of 24 Kashmiri pundits in Nadimarg. Similar allegations were leveled by the India against Pakistan after the massacre of 36 Sikhs in Chatisinghpura on March 20, 2000 and 31 Amarnath yatris at Pehlgam on August 1, 2000. The two unfortunate massacres, according to various independent investigations turned out to be the handi-work of Indian security agencies.Clearly the motivation behind such accusations against Pakistan is to increase repression in Kashmir. The only civilized way to address the Kashmir dispute and other outstanding issues between neighbors is dialogue, Foreign Office statement said. Pakistan's affective role in the international coalition against terrorism has been recognised by the world community. Pakistan remains committed to elimination of terrorism and call upon the world to take note of state sponsored terrorism in Occupied Kashmir. The terrorisation of India's minorities ever since the BJP regime came to power has been documented by the international human rights organizations.
