Kashmiris Will Never Accept Division: Sultan

Paris: Former AJK prime minister and leader of opposition in Kashmir legislative assembly Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has said peace in South Asia is linked with an amicable solution of Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the wishes of the Kashmiri people. Briefing the Foreign Press Association and international media here on Wednesday, he said Kashmir is the real cause of tension in South Asia that needs immediate resolution.He said any option not fulfilling desires of Kashmiris will not be practicable. He said the Kashmiris will accept neither the division of Kashmir nor making the LoC as a permanent border. Mahmood emphasised that the world community should exert pressure on Indian government, and force it to adopt a serious attitude leading to the resolution of Kashmir dispute.
