Jammu: Terrorists on Wednesday beheaded a father-son duo in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, where one special police officer was injured critically in an attack by terrorist on Tuesday night, official sources said. A group of heavily-armed terrorists struck remote Dera Bangla village in Bhudal tehsil of Rajouri district during early hours of the day, they said. They barged into the house of one Anwer Hussain Gujjar and abducted him and his son Ashraf, sources said, adding terrorists beheaded both after torturing and threw their bodies before their house triggering panic in the village. Terrorists warned people not to support security forces and if they support they would face same fate, sources said. Police and security forces, who arrived later, launched a search operation to track down terrorists, they said. It may be recalled that terrorists are targeting civilians in Rajouri-Poonch border sector for past two months and have killed 42 people, including 11 women, in the area. Terrorists opened fire on an Army search party in Surankote hills of Poonch district on Tuesday night and critically injured one special police officer (SPO), Sohan Lal, who was working with the Army. Terrorists escaped towards hills and a search operation was on in the area, they added.
