18 Pakistan Journalists To Visit J&K From Oct. 3

New Delhi: A group of 18 Pakistani journalists will be visting Jammu and Kashmir from October 3 and will meet Kashmiri separatist leaders, chief minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed and the Army corps commander. Journalists from India will visit Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, in what will be the first such exchange between the countries in 57 years. Journalists from anti-India newspapers like Nawa'i Waqt have also been included in the Pakistani delegation which has been cleared by national security adviser J.N. Dixit and external affairs minister K. Natwar Singh. The Pakistani journalists' visit will be followed by a return visit of Indian journalists to Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, apart from Islamabad and Lahore from 19 November to 28 November.
