Kashmiris must be associated with talks process: Lone

Srinagar: A senior Hurriyat Conerence leader, Bilal Ghani Lone has emphasised that genuine Kashmiri representatives must be associated with talks process to resolve Kashmir dispute. Talking to Kashmir Media Service in Srinagar, he described the ongoing India-Pakistan composite dialogue as a positive step towards the right direction. He urged India to stop human rights violations in occupied Kashmir to pave way for a durable settlement of Kashmir dispute through peaceful means. The APHC leader, Sheikh Abdul Aziz in a statement in Srinagar condemned blasting of residential houses by troops and damaging a mosque at Panzgam in Pulwama. He called upon world human rights bodies to take serious note of such incidents. Forceful demonstrations were held at Ratnipora in Pulwama in protest against denying permission by occupation authorities to intending Hajjis to go for Hajj. The protestors described this as infringement of religious rights.
