Srinagar: Notwithstanding PM Manmohan Singh's offer of internal ceasefire and Hurriyat's appeal to militants to this effect, Syed Salahuddin, chairman of United Jehad Council, an amalgam of 14 militant groups based in PoK, has rejected the truce offer.
