German-Indian-Pakistani Forum To Set Up Schools In AJK

Islamabad: German-Indian-Pakistani Forum, established in 2004 in Bonn has decided to set up schools in the devastated and quake hit areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The representative of German-Indian- Pakistani Forum (DIP) Masud Mirza will present a cheque of 10,000 Euros to the German Envoy, Dr. Gunter Mulack at the German Embassy on Wednesday in this regard to establish schools in the most affected districts of Bagh and Muzaffarabad. Endeavouring to send the children of ruined AJK back to school, DIP Forum contributes to restore normalcy in earthquake affected areas. Dr. Mulack has appreciated the youth oriented outreach of DIP Forum in the bridging the gap between Indian and Pakistani minds through cultural and socio-economic cooperation for a better tomorrow. The forum is a networked platform for the exchange of thoughts for the people committed for better relations between India and Pakistan with focus on international understanding and cooperation between Germany, India and Pakistan. The forum aims at enhancing the awareness on the common cultural and economic potentials of India and Pakistan looking forward to the establishment of a youth organization as to enable the forum as a trilateral convergence for peace keeping in future.
