Accession Section in AJK assembly polls UN charter's violation: Latif

Rawalpindi: Acting President of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Raja Latif Tahir has said that the 'Accession Section' in AJK assembly elections is a clear-cut violation of United Nations (UN) charter. Talking to foreign journalists on Saturday, Raja Latif said that JKLF was democratic party and wanted to participate in the elections but it was stopped from partaking in electoral process. He said that Pakistani agencies kept JKLF senior Kashmiri leader Sardar Rauf in custody only to appease India.Raja Latif said that both Pakistan and India knew that Sardar Rauf played central role in Kashmir freedom movement. He observed that India's slogan of attot ange and of Pakistan's integral part kept hostage the Kashmiris. Raja Latif said that JKLF was struggling for the establishment of that independent Kashmir state which have friendly ties with Pakistan, India, China, Afghanistan and other neighbouring countries.
