New Delhi: Bringing together the best of Kashmiri food and culture, the Press Club of India is organising a two-day festival at its 1 Raisina Road premises here beginning this Saturday. The Jammu and Kashmir Food and Cultural Festival is open to the Press Club of India members and their guests and on offer would be a wide assortment of authentic Kashmiri dishes. A cook who has specialised in the famous 'Wazwan' tradition has come all the way to prepare mouth-watering dishes. A special display of shawl weaving has been organised on the lawns. Featuring woollens and handicrafts, the festival will see musicians from Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh perform.
