Singh Allows Geelani To Travel Abroad

New York: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday allowed APHC Chairman Syed Ali Geelani to go abroad for cancer treatment. Active member of Kashmir Centre based in Washington Malik Nadeem Abid told Online. He said Indian Prime Minister had allowed Geelani to go abroad for medication of the fatal disease in a telephone conversation. Singh promised him to provide travel documents. Malik Nadeem Abid said Geelani would be hastened to US or Pakistan for prescription owing to his disease at final stage. He said that he would take off after receiving the documents. It is pertinent to note that Tehreek-i- Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan had offered Syed Ali Geelani treatment in Lahore at his Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital.
