Intra-Kashmir Conference announces six points

Mirpur: Intra Kashmir Conference announces six point solution to the Kashmir dispute and said that there is no conflict over the control and ownership of occupied Kashmir rather there is determination of Constitutional status of Kashmir. This was decided in the Intra- Jammu and Kashmir conference organized by Raja Akbar Khan memorial Society here on Thursday. Leaders of all majors' parties both of AJK and Occupied Kashmir, scholars, thinkers, lawyers and journalists attended the conference. During the six hours long conference the participants gave approval of the six points communiqué named as 'Allan-e-Mirpur. President Jammu and Kashmir Liberation League, Chief Justice Retd. Abdul Majeed Malik presented the communiqué. These six points include free movement of people and trade in all parts of state, establishment of free institution in order to check violation against human rights, evacuation of army, abolition of all inhuman and undemocratic laws, all political figures must be released and cases against those involve in freedom movement must be disposed off and reasonable solution of Kashmir according to wishes of Kashmiris. In the conference it is said that there is no conflict over the possession of the occupied Kashmir rather determination of its constitutional status. In order to achieve desired goals for the sustainable and justified solution of Kashmir it is necessary to include Kashmiris citizens in dialogue with full representations, the participants stressed. The state of Jammu and Kashmir announced on August 14 1947 is an indivisible unity. Therefore, its geographical and constitutional unity must be restored now. Both Pakistan and India must provide an opportunity of dialogue to Kashmiris for purposeful solution of Kashmir, the communiqué added. Sardar Abdul Qayyum, Aman Ullah Khan, Sardar Khalid Ibrahim, Chief Justice Retd. Abdul Majeed Malik, Sardar Rauf Kashmiri, Muhammad Asghar Malik, Muhammad Naeem Khan, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, Shaukat Muqbool Butt, Sharif Hussain Bukhari, Chaudhry Munir Hussain, Syed Yousaf Naseem, Farooq Rehman, Shabbir Ansari, Noor-ul-Bari, Chairman JKLF Muhammad Yasin and Altaf Hussain attended the conference.
