Ultras Kill Shepherd In Doda

Jammu: A shepherd was killed by the militants at Nighar Dhok in Marmat area of Doda district this morning. He has been identified as Chaman Lal, 32, son of Jameet Ram, a resident of Mangota, Marmat. Reports said Chaman Lal had gone to graze his cattle in Nighar Dhok. He was asked to handover his cattle by a group of militants, who intercepted him on his return to his house at Mangota. As Chaman Lal refused, the militants killed him by slitting his throat and escaped. A police party have left for the spot.
