Army Rescues Six LeT Recruits

Jammu: Six teenagers, abducted to be recruited as militants by the Lashkar-e- Taiba (LeT), were rescued by troops on Thursday after raiding militant hideouts in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. Army spokesman Colonel S.D. Goswami said that personnel of the 26 Rashtriya Rifles launched an operation in Patnaji and Sarpan areas of the district and rescued the six LeT recruits, in the age group of 14 to 16 years, forcibly taken by the militants.
