New Delhi: Indian government is considering re-starting talks with All Parties Hurriyat Conference on the issue of Kashmir in the immediate future. 'Kashmir times' quoting reports in Srinagar said 'there is a likelihood of talks between Hurriyat and New Delhi in the immediate future as efforts have been stepped up in this regard.' The Congress high command at the centre is 'toying with the idea of restarting the dialogue process' with the Hurriyat leadership and other Kashmiri leaders. Earlier, Hurriyat Conference and other Kashmiri leaders had turned down invitations from New Delhi for attending the two Round Table Conferences held in 2006 and this year. Since then, no fresh talks were held between the centre and the Hurriyat leadership, the sources said.
