Kashmiri Pandits Threaten To Intensify Anti-govt Agitation

Srinagar: Kashmiri Pandits on Monday threatened to intensify their agitation demanding reorganisation of the relief department and bifurcation of the ration cards of Kashmiri migrants, even as the hunger strike called by them entered the sixth day. The strike was called under the banner of Youth Wing of All India Kashmir Samaj (YWAIKS). 'We will intensify the agitation if the government fails to come forward to meet our demands in this direction,' YWAIKS President, R K Bhat said. All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference, All India Kashmiri Pandit Conference, National Conference, All India Kashmir Samaj, Kashmiri Hindu Conference and Panun Kashmir are participating in the strike.
