Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that elections in the past failed to resolve the Kashmir dispute and termed the exercise futile for bringing peace to South Asia. Addressing media men in Srinagar, the APHC leader said that Indian troops were committing blatant human rights violations in the occupied territory.
