India Failed To Put Terrorist Label On Kashmir’s Struggle: Salahuddin
11 July 2008
: Leader United Jihad Council (UJC) , Syed Salahuddin has categorically stated Kashmir’s struggle is 100 percent indigenous and India with all its efforts failed to link the struggle with terrorists. In an interview with a private TV channel, Syed Salahuddin stated with confidence that no a single Kashmiri was and is involved and active at Western border of Pakistan and anti-America activities. Responding to a question, the leader UJC said that the struggle would be continued till its logical end, adding that there would be no compromise on the blood of martyrs. Criticizing the policies of statements of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari for his statement on Kashmir and AJK Prime Minister Sardar Attique Ahmed for issuing statement of turning the LoC into commerce line, Syed Salahuddin said that such statements are badly affecting Kashmiris cause and Pakistan itself also. In response to a question, Syed Salahuddin stated that our struggle had touched the peaks of success when former Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee was compelled to offer cease fire but we had rejected it on merit and evidence basis. Indian Chief of Army Staff has confessed that after armed clashes of 15 years, it has revealed that there was no military solution of Kashmir struggle. President Pervez Musharraf started unilateral CBMs, cease fire and unending process of dialogue and it resulted in securing the border with barbed wire and miseries of Kashmiris have been increased and India has unleashed rein of terror on them, he added.
