Yasin Malik Welcomes Zardari’s Statement; Urges Result Oriented Dialogue

Srinagar: Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Yasin Malik Tuesday welcomed President Asif Ali Zardari’s declaration to resolve the longstanding Kashmir issue. Commenting on the statement of President: “People will soon hear good news about the Kashmir,” he told Express News that opposition parties of Pakistan and India alongwith Kashmiris should also be involved in the process. The dialogue process should be time-bound and result-oriented, he added. “Sanctity of dialogue process ought to be restored. This time the dialogue process should be made time bound to ensure concrete results,”he said. He said there was a complete blockade of Kashmiris for more than 16 days now. Kashmiris are not against anybody and million of people have thronged streets of Held Kashmir to press for seeking right to self-determination, he he said.
