Divided Family Members Cross LoC Through Bus Service

: As a part of Confidence Building Measures (CBMs), as many as 75 members of divided families of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Jammu and Kashmir crossed the border at Chakan-da-Bagh crossing point along Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district in a weekly bus service yesterday, officials said here today. Of these, 58 people came from PoK, while 17 crossed from J&K, they said. While 20 belonged to PoK who had come to meet their relatives, others belonged to J&K. Of the 17 people crossing from the Indian side, 10 were PoK citizens while others were Indians. Officials from either side supervised the operation, which ended early evening.
