New Delhi: Extending complete support to the decision of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to resign, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday came down heavily on PDP saying it was a bunch of 'frustrated lot without any ethics'. 'They (PDP) are a bunch of frustrated lot without any ethics. Yesterday, its President (Mehbooba) attacked the Speaker of the Assembly and today they made this frivolous allegation,' Mr. Abdullah told PTI here. The senior Abdullah was all out supporting his son Mr. Omar and said his decision to resign was not a fall out of any emotional outburst but a decision which could be taken by a sincere politician. 'He (Omar) has shown to the world that his self-esteem is more important than the chair of the Chief Minister,' Mr. Abdullah, who is Minister for New and Renewable energy, said. He said the opposition parties in Jammu and Kashmir were behaving in the most irresponsible fashion. 'One cannot believe that a Supreme Court lawyer can indulge in such a manner...he will repent his action,' Mr. Abdullah said commenting on a senior PDP leader's allegations linking Mr. Omar's name with the infamous sex scandal. The National Conference President rejected that he would be the new Chief Minister of the state saying, 'Omar has been doing a nice job and Inshallah (God willing), he will be there again. These opposition parties will end up with an egg on their face.'
