He alleged that terrorism was being patronised inside Kashmir from across the border. 'We will have to focus on several matters while perceiving situation. Army needs not to speak on such sensitive issues as civil administration is endeavoring to tide over these matters,' he said. 'The Indian Army is all set to deal with any situation,' he said. 'This is collective stance of India that Kashmir is indivisible and integral part of India,' the minister said. He said talks were underway between Pakistan and India on Kashmir issue and this process has not been shut down. Every effort would be made to make these talks a success at every level, he added. 'Our stance on Kashmir cannot be changed no matter whatever is said by any one nor does it offer any room for any one sided concession,' he said. He said Innocent people were being killed inside Pakistan and the army chief would have to launch action against those found involved in killings of innocent people. The minister also said that India neither allows anyone to interfere in its internal affairs nor does it meddle into internal affairs of any one.
